I absolutely love Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen. My son was asking for ramen daily, so I searched for a better alternative and found these. They’re organic and made with whole grains, making them much healthier to traditional ramen while still being deliciously satisfying.The texture is great—they cook up perfectly with a nice bite, never mushy. Plus, they’re low in sodium and don’t contain any artificial seasonings, so I can customize them however I like.I also love that they’re made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Great tasting. Good for you ramen. The only negative would be that it does cost more than regular ramen and it doesn't come with flavor packets.

The noodles are great…however, it’s just noodles, no seasoning packet and they come four to a bag… so you either have to use them all or put the others in a ziplock bag.

“Healthy” ramen without the fat. I’ve been buying these for years. Flavor as you want, cooks a little different from mainstream ramen, but tastes better. Great for kids that love noodles, but don’t need the extra nonsense that’s usually included in the ingredients. The consistencies are the same, texture isn’t as squishy as top ramen, cooks a tad longer and a small block of noodles is a lot. Good value.

Celiac here... love these! The seasoning packets do not come with it so definitely get that separately.

Noodles themselves are tasty - ordered from Amazon to avoid a store trip, but these are shipped in a single layer plastic bag and arrived crushed and unusable. Not eligible for return or credit due to damaged item so you’re just out of luck

These are perfect! As a celiac, ramen is something I missed - both the easy kind and to use in recipes. I have used these both just cooked and served in broth with a little better than bouillon to be like the cheapo ramen we all know and love, as well as in a crockpot ramen dish receipe and they did well both times. Perfect consistency - cannot tell they are gluten free, which is hard to do. Highly recommend!!!
