Reasonable price and relatively fast shipping

Difference is night and day between this and my old one. It works like it's supposed to. Gets the job done. Only complaint is the way it arrived in it's packaging. The PO stickered it as received as damaged. The unit itself was not harmed and works fine.

Added this head to the built in Dust Devil central vac on our motor home. Takes care of the dog hair (German Shepherd!) on the rugs and carpet and gentle on the flat hard surfaces. Works great and worth the price paid.

I had the standard Turbo Cat but was unhappy the way it performed, specifically with hat hair. It would wrap hair on the brush roller and just randomly redeposit the hair as I was vacuuming. I would have to clean the brush of hair every room I vacuumed. The brush was not easy to clean and sometimes would require complete disassembly due to hair getting into the end pieces. The Turbo Cat ZOOM has a different brush design and the bristles are a different material. This new design allows me to vacuum the whole house before having to clean the roller brush (also easier to clean). And hair redeposit are way less a problem. The Zoom produces a slightly louder and higher pitch noise when its spinning. The Zoom unit is slightly higher by about 1/2 inch (3.75 vs 3.25") but this is not an issue with our furniture. All in all I'm very happy with the purchase, it save me a lot of time. Could have kept the standard Turbo Cat and got rid of the cats but wife was not in agreement.

Although expensive, this air-driven brush seems to be worth the expense so far. We purchased a cheaper replacement for our original Broan/NuTone Central Vac air-driven brush (that broke after 20 years of use) that was barely usable. This brush works great. The brushes spin fast and vacuums much better than the cheaper replacement we tried and even better than the original brush that came with the system. IT is heavy-duty, made of metal, not plastic, and seems very sturdy. This is definatly a case where you get what you pay for! If it holds up for 20 years it will be well worth the expense.

Overall design is good but extremely hard to keep long hair from binding up the scrub wheel. Either belt will break or worse crown bearing fail.

A clear improvement over its predecessor

I'm pleased with it's performance however it extrimely to remove the hose from a jack, it stucks and requires a lot of effort to remove the hose

Awesome product I replaced the one I bought 10 years ago and it was exactly the same and works fantastic!
