I have tried lots of different insoles. I weight 250 lbs, knees, ankles, heels hurting for standing all day. These insoles have surprised me. I can feel the perfect softness, cushiness, not too soft like the original insoles in shoes or even in expensive shoes, yet these insoles are not hard eighter. I can feel the softness, pain free, no more pain in my ankles, knees, nor my heels. I recommend everyone to give these insoles a shot. I'm not disappointed. Simple the perfect cushion. No need for arch support, eventhough im flat footed, this are doing the job of keeping my steps soft as if walking on air.

Comfortable, firm and thick. Better than the stock insoles. Much cheaper to buy on Amazon than in the store. You definitely need to be careful trimming for fit. Watch out for the area just below the toes. I matched up with the original insole. For work boots 5 stars. Sneakers I like something a little less firm. Great arch support! Neutral comes to mind.

I have tried a few different brands of insoles. I bought one of these and put them in my Pickleball shoes. I could definitely tell a difference after one day. After giving him a weeklong test run I have slowly been putting these insoles in all of my athletic shoes. They do help with fatigue in the ball of my foot area for being on my toes and split stepping while playing pickle ball. They alleviate the pain of constant starting and stopping. I usually play and six or seven match round robin events, and I can tell a difference at the end. They are definitely worth it. I replace the normal insoles and the shoes fit the same. The size range on these is very close and they are easy to fit the shoe. Love these things they are a game changer.

I've used these insoles for years in my hiking, biking and walking shoes and they've been great. Very comfy.

These insoles are great on the feel. They feel wonderful and they're long lasting. This is my second pair. But they stink. Bad. The first time I bought them I never considered the source of the smell that developed after a few days was the insoles. I thought it must be my shoes getting old or just my feet. I bought all kinds of powders ect. And as long as I kept my feet powdered it wasn't bad. I eventually needed new shoes and stopped buying powder when it ran out. This time I noticed the smell with in a few days and It reminded me of something. After washing my shoes, etc, it dawned on me and I took the insoles out and gave them a good sniff. They smell like decomposing plastics. I swapped out my insoles for some old ones I had in other shoes and wore them for a few days. No smell at all. These insoles still smell even days after not using them. I assume it sets in once they get hot and the smell gets unlocked. If you don't care how your feet smell, or don't mind the smell of hot degrading plastic, these insoles are awesome. Otherwise: Stay away.

I looked at Dr, Scholls at a local store and wasn't impressed. I got these and a couple other items with free shipping and took a chance. Great product will be my go-to when I need another pair!

They fit nicely in a 10.5 shoe and provide some cushioning but not too much.

It said size 13-14, I take a 13 and I didn’t come close to inside edge of my shoe.

it does what it described , fits into the shoes without any problem, didnt even need to cut the sides or anything. I was buying this for outdoor run , before this product my original Nike sole had already worn out . Bought a coconut with wool sole ,however it didnt give much feedback during the run. The first thing I noticed for this sole, is that it feels like a floaty lift during my walk, both jump and run not just it's very responsive feed back, I noticed the distance of each step actually increase. would recommend and 100% going to buy again.

Fits perfectly in 2 different pairs of shoes without needing to trim. Made my battered old soccer cleats feel brand new and running shoes much more comfortable. They're quite thick (as advertised) so take this into consideration if there's not much wiggle room in your shoes and you need a slim version.
