Unit I got was new and well packed.i ordered just for the handle, cutting attachment was a plus. Valves seemed smooth, accurate adjustment fairly easy. Just for hobby use so should be more than adequate.

The torch pictured is not a copy of a Victor 100FC with built-in flash arrestors. It is a copy of the Victor 100C without built-in Flash arrestors.
