Excellent poster, easy to follow!
I purchased this poster as a guide for exercise at home. The quality is firm, easy to follow and can be positioned in horizontal or landscape view. It is not overly large. Suitable for getting motivated/started with exercise at home. I’d recommend if you require a starting point!

Not a good buy
The sheet is heavily laminated but like a coiled spring! so it will not lay flat and needs a frame. BUT as you need to view both sides of it, it is not practical and I would not recommend it.
