The effective usage time of the filter depends on a number of factors: – Concentration of contamination – Breathing rate – Heat – Humidity – Hygiene factors, and your environment. As a role of thumb, you should change the filters when the white filter turns 50% grey as printed on the filter packaging. On the other hand it is recommended the filter should not be used longer than 2 weeks, even there is no signs of color change.

When it arrived I was disappointed to receive only one
I didn't know what to expect as far as quantity goes. In the photo it looks as if you are offering two packages for the listed price. When it arrived I was disappointed to receive only one. Also, in inspecting the filters I couldn't see any difference between the 96 filters and their lower priced filters. Why so expensive? Other than these criticisms I have to say the seem to do the job.......but then so did their cheaper filters.
