- COIL CUTTING SPECIALTY PLIERS COIL HOLDING JUMP RING PLIERS CUT AND MAKE JUMP RINGS A specialty designed pliers, a unique tool that holds wire coils so that they can be efficiently cut into jump rings. Made of stainless steel, the Coil Cutting Pliers feature a jaw which firmly but gently grasps and holds coils ranging from 4.50 to 9.0 mm (outside diameter). The jaws feature slits that allow the user, with a jewelers saw and a 2/0 saw-blade, to quickly cut multiple jump rings. Pliers are box-jointed, with PVC comfort grips.
