A good buy: good wieghts
The weights work very well. They are easy to apply. After a couple hundred miles they are still firmly in place and have no indications of weakening. The weights come packaged in a sturdy box with a slide-out tray that is much nicer than the depicted blister pack. The box is a much better storage container -- definitely a nice surprise. A heads-up: the weights are steel, not lead. The reason you may care is if you need to use a half of a weight (I did) you'll need bolt cutters or something similarly effective to cut a weight in half. The old style lead weights were easy to cut with nearly any cutting implement -- these are not. This isn't a bad thing, just something to be prepared for.

Excellent for Precise Balancing
These are about half the size of your typical car 1/4 oz in overall footprint, not just the obvious weight. This is noticeably important on certain moto rims such as BMW. The fiance's F750gs has specific areas on the rim where you are supposed to place BMW's 8$/piece balance weights that will _not_ fit a typical weight. Thankfully MP makes a great solution in these. The box sometimes arrives beat up, but the weights and adhesive haven't let me down.

High quality! Do what they are supposed to do!
Used them to add weight to the front of my RC car to help keep the front end on the ground! They worked perfect and they stick and stay! You can have confidence and peace of mind that they will stay in their intended location even if they get exposed to water and dirt and mud or vibrations you name it they aren’t going anywhere and whenever you do need to remove them they can be pryed off and do not leave behind any adhesive or crap that a lot of other sticky weights leave behind. Just clean the surface before you stick them on and you’re good to go.

Good so far
Works as described and designed. Adhesive seems to be weak but I assume heat will help that Cleaned my wheel, placed them, and covered with black duck tape for security. We shall see. Good so far.

Motion Pro 08-0454 Silver Steel Wheel Weight
Got to love Motion pro. Very reasonable price for basic necessity product. Came in a slide out box with weights stacked inside versus what is pictured. Box is even more convenient to throw in the tool box. Only thing I was surprised by was the color. It looks a little bit between off white and silver with a plasticy finish. No worries, still looks ok on a chrome wheel and a ton better than the usual generic shiny weights. You can always get the black ones if that color bothers you. Balanced my wheels in no time, no dropped weights yet.

Tape over the weights
After my first short ride I noticed the weights had separated from the foam tape backing which stayed on the wheels. Since the black foam tape stayed firmly attached to the wheels it made it easy to relocate new weights. After a net search I found this is a common problem with the stick-on weights regardless of whether used on a bike or a car. You will have to put a piece of tape over these weights to keep them on the wheels. I don't have any issues with it other than maybe it should have been mentioned in the install instructions on the box. The speed racers are using either cloth duct tape which comes in different colors or HVAC foil tape and some are using Gorilla tape. On an aluminum wheel the foil tape or silver duct tape is less noticeable although the foil tape seems to stay on the wheel better than the cloth duct tape.

Great value and perfect for home DIY tire changes

Put these on when I last changed my tires. I’ve done a lot of serious off road riding, my rear tire is almost worn out and I haven’t lost a single weight off the wheel

The adhesive back could be stronger (had to put black tape over to ensure the weights don't go flying off) but like the look.

I bought a wheel balancer at Princess Auto and bought these online. I balanced the wheels on my girlfriend's car with no issue. These stuck on nicely and have remained on since. Will update review accordingly if required.
