Excellent product. I have owned one for a few months and have purchased this as a Christmas present. It is easy to use and makes great fluffy omelette in a matter of minutes. I use 3 eggs between the two cooking surfaces. Filled with whatever you choose. Ham and grated cheese is my go to option. Just a wipe out after use with some kitchen roll. No cleaning after. No oil used , so its healthier. Never had one fail yet.

Sometimes the eggs stick

So easy to use ,perfect omelettes every time. My recipe:- 3 free range eggs,a generous splash of milk,sprinkle of turmeric & black pepper, half a cooked bell pepper & two small chestnut mushrooms. Whisk all up while omelette maker heating up,add bell pepper& mushrooms & pour in machine leave for 6 mins ( lid will lift but don't worry ) Remove and serve. Yum ! One of the best kitchen gadgets ever bought.

Non stick as stated in the name, it's big enough that I can keep it out without it being bulky and you can't go wrong for the price either! Would definitely buy another one if I needed it.
