CMI Rennet Mix contains no animal products, is gluten free and Non-GMO. INGREDIENTS: Microbial coagulant (Mucur Pussillus and/or Mucur Miehei), Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Non-iodized salt.3 Tubes will set approximately 150L. Add to milk when specified in recipe. Stir to distribute thoroughly. NEVER keep part of rennet solution for later use. STORAGE: Store rennet mix in the freezer.
