I bought it for allergies but they say on my research that it clots blood and being that one in my family has high blood pressure and I has to take AC Inhibitors which is safer to Calcium channel blockers that are very dangerous according to my Alternatives to Prescription Drugs by Michael Murry I am very careful to research any herbs although many are safe you just need to know which ones and have years of experience as I have through my own experiences however I am not a medical professional so this is up to each one individually and they should work with their heath care professional whether conventional or Alternative doctors . So any way if you get an herb look to not only one thing that it does but always research to see the other benefits that it has but also use precautions when using herbs especially when you are taken medication.And never take when Pregnant or nursing or if you have a medical condition or are on any medication and not even with alcohol. I will let you in on a little secret ginger although it thins your blood as does garlic and Ginkgo Biloba does and asprin.Ginger and Echinecea are great to stop a cold in it's tracts as well as when you get Bronchitis it will relieve your congestion and even though you may have to take it until it is gone.About 5-10 days then take a 2 day break. Cayenne red pepper is good with a little mustard also as it will diffuse through out the body and correct your circulation according to another herb book of old Indian herbalogy L Arginine you can get through Swansons catalog I tried it and although it has Xylitol which is a natural sugar in it the product did help with my circulation.Oh and has a lemon flavor but mind you it does require getting used to the taste if not use red pepper cayenne that works too. Stevia a natural sweetener taste like honey if you get the clear Stevia oh and Stevita is like white sugar that comes from the Stevia plant so that makes it great for baking but Stevia you can only use in beverages like hot and cold teas or juices and even homemade sodas . thx again medicine Good heath to you.

i bought this product for my dad and he loves it. he is able to swallow it easily. he doesn't mind the taste of it. the strength is good. he has pain so i think this helps with it. he feels better taking it and we haven't noticed any side effects from it and he has told his doctors about it. the ingredients are good in it. hopefully he has pain relief. yes.

Effects - easy and hard erections - frequent urination, thus dehydration, arthritic left hip pain returned Possible effects - libido boost - irritable, fired up I have normal hormone levels (T, free T, DHT, E2, LH, FSH, DHEAS etc) but consistently high SHBG levels for the last 10 years (inception of testing). In general, low libido compared to peers for entire life. Suspect SHBG as one of the culprits. Update 6/25/13 Arthritic left hip pain persists for a few days after using (perhaps just from Nettle-induced dehydration). Libido and erection boost only seems to work for me in greater and greater quantities, so appears my body develops a quick tolerance to Nettle effects. Have only used on weekends recently, anywhere from 2-6 capsules per day. No diagnostic testing done yet. If you're worried about the estrogen effects of this supplement (see other posts) it would be wise to take it with an aromatase blocker, to stop testosterone from converting to estrogen. Update 10/9/13 Blood testing before and after one week of heavy supplementation (2 capsules, 3 times per day) showed no beneficial effects on testosterone, free testosterone, or estradiol. It may have lowered SHBG. It appears to have raised DHEA-S. Anecdotally, I did not notice any sexual effects during the testing period. Perhaps my initial experience (from above) was merely a placebo effect or my body quickly adjusted to the herb's effects. Purchased at Super Supplements.

購入して約1ヶ月。 テストステロンが体内でエストロゲンに変化するのを防ぐ効果がある、とあるYouTubeで言っていたので、試行。 髪の毛の抜け毛に対しても効果があるらしい。 これまでの所、効果が発現している様子はない。もっと日数が必要なのかも。 特段不調になった訳でもなく、まづまづの体調が続いているので、暫く摂取し続けて、瓶が無くなりそうになったら、継続か否かを決める。 8月19日Update: 継続して購入・服用中。長期服用で体感したことは、髭の伸びが早くなった。よって、髪の毛も早く伸び増量していると信じたい。 購入が間に合わず、数日間切らしてしたら、途端に疲れやすく様々な意欲も低下した(ように感じた)。テストステロンが低下したのか。 と言うことで、私には効いている気がするが、皆さんが服用して同様に効いたら、私の優位性が失われるような気がする。それはすこし悲しい。(冗談です。)
