As many of us may know from trying products with zinc which are supposed to help clear cold symptoms more quickly than going without, there can be an aftertaste. The Life Extension folks figured out how to bypass that taste sensation with these chewable lozenges.I use them to boost my immune health on a regular basis. This particular brand / style has become my go-to for a zinc product.

I was surprised to find that this helped me get sleepy at the end of the day and sleep better at night. I also discovered there are different types of zinc and this one is good for sleep. The zinc picolinate was actually keeping me awake so if I need one for the daytime I take that, but at the end of the day I like this one. Great for people who already swallow a lot of supplements because it's a lozenge.

These lozenges are quite small, like the size of an aspirin tablet. This makes them better for travel. They still dissolve slowly if you do not chew. The zinc dosage is the same as the large tablets.

Love the convenience., doesn’t break down in too warm storage. Effective.
