We just bought a brand new bathtub and surround, and I was worried when I first ordered this. Once installed, everything fits so well. The water pressure out of the waterfall head was amazing. It feels amazing. I absolutely love and look forward to taking showers. The quality is amazing! The Matte finish is chefs kiss!

looks great, shower head is plastic but otherwise very sturdy. WAY BETTER DEAL THAN GETTING THE SAME AT HOME DEPOT AND PAYING ALMOST 50% MORE.

I dont know if it's my water pressure or the showerhead itself but this thing puts out a lot of water and makes for an excellent shower! We've been using it for a couple weeks now and love it. the knobs work smoothly and it looks very nice. my only complaint is some of the rubber shower nozzles are "plugged" already (where they spray different directions) and massaging them hasn't helped.other than that, it seems like a very nice shower setup!

I have no idea about the quality of this stuff. But my plumber installed this and said it’s really good quality, he compared it to a Moen. I had to give him the information so he could buy one.

I reached out to the customer service as we had bought a Esnbia Faucet set a few months ago as we love this product. One of our technicians misplaced the mixer valve and I reached out to them to inquire as to how I could obtain a new one. She responded extremely fast and offered to send me a valve at no chrage. I was blown away as this is not an inexpensive part. Great product and great customer service.

My plumber installed this and the water never got cold. When attempting to reverse the cartridge as per instructions, it became obvious that this is cheap terrible quality metal… I emailed them at customer service and have not gotten a reply… The price and aesthetic are extremely tempting but DO NOT BUY!!! Buy from a reputable brand with good customer service. I know we all want to save money in these expensive bathroom remodels, but DO NOT try to save money on your plumbing fixtures. It will end up costing more in the end… I reached out for a refund, and still NO REPLY!

Honestly, the product was just as shown and very good quality all around from the valve to the trim itself. Great affordable price compared to name brands. Had an issue with the depth of the valve installed being recessed, customer service sent me an extension kit for free and was at my house in 2 days. They also sent a free extended screw plate cover package for free. Will definitely be buying their products again
