Faulty tires and horrible customer service.
DO NOT buy tires from this business! We bought 4 tires and took them to be professionally mounted and balanced. The tire shop said that they were very poor quality and 2 of them could not be balanced because they were defective (off round). We returned the 2 faulty tires and this seller kept a $54 restocking fee. They said they couldn't return the full amount because the tires had been mounted so were "used". I'm curious how we could have know the tires were faulty without mounting them and having them balanced! I have contacted them a number of times to try to get an answer to that question and they just keep coming back with "there used". HORRIBLE customer service.
