I buy a lot of slate and this is the first company I have purchased from that actually packages their slate well. I had no broken slate and the chalk was even in one piece.The slate isn’t super thick, but it is perfect for engraving photos on, which is what I use it for.This company just earned a loyal customer because they package their product well and delivered good slate.

These platemats are quite small. Wouldve preferred a slightly larger surface area.

I use them for catering , from cold to hot , perfect P. C. size , easy clean oven temped , so far a breezy 450fcooked NY strip on them , served the plate as is , rinsed off with hot water like it never happened
