Ver nice, useful little thin flashlight that easily clips onto a strap on my chest pack. Bright and very useful so you don't have to grovel around inside the pack when you need some light.

I love having a Maglite that is bright and easy to use in tight spots. While I love my big Maglite, sometimes you just need a small one to get into hard places. This one is perfect and the accessories are nice. This purchase replaces an old small one that I had for several years. And man, how LED tech has changed. It's unbelievable how bright this thing is compared to my old mini Maglite. One quick glance when you're in the dark and you're blind! You'll need a few minutes to regain your night vision. So whether I'm looking at some distant point in my car's engine, taking a quick peek in the attic, or going for a walk at night, this thing is perfect. It's bright, compact, light, durable, and the batteries last a long time. Completely happy with tis purchase.

To say first, this product appears much in demand and was slow to arrive -- both the original, and the replacement. Took weeks. Why a replacement? First one was stolen -- which is a first for our gated community. I went out to my secluded porch after notification of the delivery, to find an empty cut-open bag. I have to suspect the driver since what thief wouldn't have just taken the whole thing and run? And this has not been known to happen in our small neighborhood before. Notified Amazon that I didn't get it and they didn't even care enough to ask for the details. They just shipped me a replacement which took a couple more weeks to arrive. Worth the wait! On to the flashlight. This 323 lumen MagLite replaces a 272 lumen LED MagLite of the same 2xAA size purchased several years ago and used lightly over the years. That unit suddenly just failed, but had been so good that it was worth replacing at this price. This new unit is visibly brighter and doesn't rattle like something is loose in it like the original unit did. It's fantastic for its size and price and I hope for long years of very satisfactory use from it.

I first got a similar model in 1987 for Christmas and it endured years of childhood/adolescence use and abuse and have only had a few since...because they last! All were lost, none failed or broke. Aside from a few minor improvements and upgraded LED bulb, it’s still the same tried and true, bright, durable and reliable flashlight that I bet my life on. If you like things that last, can be used for many different applications and will always give you a bright light without crowding your hands, pockets or pack then buy THIS flashlight. Your Dad and his had one for a reason!

This is an excellent light for travel. Just put in your suitcase for the hotel room or B&B. Small enough and yet very bright. Good by a bedside for those power outages. The first one I had lasted for years the second one not so much, but it was used very heavily. I now have a third one and love it.

I order as replacements for some I have had for 15+ years. Nice to see the same level of quality, durability, and a very bright light for such a small size..

Natürlich ist eine Maglite heutzutage nicht mehr vergleichbar mit modernen LED Taschenlampen von Sofirn, Thrunite, Wurkkos und Co. Dieses spezifische Modell der Maglite ist unter den Maglite Minis mit LED die hellste Revision, die man noch kaufen kann und bietet (abseits vom Vergleich mit chinesischen Lampen o.g. Hersteller) eine sehr gute Alltagshelligkeit. Die Verarbeitung der Lampe an sich ist Maglite-typisch einwandfrei, genau wie die Bedienung über den sanften Drehmechanismus. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Einschalten über eine Linksdrehung, intuitiv hätte ich rechtsherum gedreht. Das Zubehör wirkt wie ein Afterthought. Der Clip ist viel zu straff und wirkt wie von einem 50er Jahre Kugelschreiber. Das Lanyard ist einfachste Qualität. Die Farbscheiben erfüllen ihren Zweck. Der Gummi-Wegrollschutz ist gut. Was fehlt, ist eine sinnvolle Aufbewahrung für die Farbscheiben. Für mich dient die Lampe eher zum Vervollständigen einer Taschenlampen Variation. Meine alltäglichen Lampen sind heller, kleiner, haben mehr Funktionen und nicht zwingend teurer. Manchmal ist mir aber nach einem Klassiker.
