I saw this product on my Instagram feed with Philmypharmicist promoting it. He talked about it helping with focus (good for people with ADD) so I decided to start taking it. I have found that this product not only helps with focus & clarity but it has been a major mood booster for me. I have found that I am waking up just in a better mood. I have less anxiety And just overall I feel mentally better, less negative thoughts and more of an even keel response to challenges. It was not what I was expecting, but I am very thankful for it. Now I did find that I cannot take it before I work out in the mornings as it causes me to get lightheaded during my workouts, seriously inhibiting my ability to get a good workout in. But I take it when I get home. I’m good to go. I highly recommend this supplement.

This product has definitely helped me focus and increase my memory. After using it for two weeks consecutively I started recalling memories of when I was a child that I have completely forgotten about. I usually take it in the morning right before eating any breakfast, and it helps with energy. I have noticed I have a missed a dose and I usually operate a lot more sluggish than when I usually take them. I truly do recommend this for anyone that is suffering from ADHD, memory problems, mind fog, or focus. My wife actually bought them for me because she was getting irritated with my attention span. I never finished any projects and had a million going at a time. I can say for a fact after taking these for over 2 months, I am a whole better person, my wife acts like a totally different person than before and is constantly attracted to me now. I have been able to prioritize and organize all of my projects and completed so much that I never thought I could finish. It changed my life.
