Nice Mexican Rice
Very good, nice to have on hand due to taste and ease to make. Bought the 12 pack, very pleased, even give some away food friends. I sometimes add some chilies, jalapeños, or olives; but solid without any additions.

This rice is so close to the restaurant style that you just can't go wrong.We have been using this rice for over 10 years. Great as it is or used to make other dishes, like stuffed peppers, Spanish rice, and oh my a fried rice stir fry.Let cool and jar a portion for later use. We use our vacuum canner to make it store longer in the fridge, or you can freeze up to 6 months.
