Not in-depth, but a fantastic brief overview of approaches to therapy
Very useful for those in training, particularly at the beginning of a learning journey. Accessible to a wide audience and a good price. I find this helps to demystify some pertinent aspects of therapy modalities that trainees can get stuck on. I return to this book every now and then and still find it valuable.

Highly reccommended
I bought this book after it was recommended to me by a colleague. I absolutely love it, and could not recommend it enough. The book outlines 10 models and describes them in a detailed way, that's not too overwhelming. Every psychologist, therapist, or aspiring psychologist should have a copy in my opinion!
