I really like this product for what it is for most budget watch users. It feels comfortable and slim in the wrist. There is a mechanism to easily swap or take off the band (see pic) without a tool and the magnet is strong enough for casual use. I cant tell if the connector piece to the watch is made of metal alloy or plastic, but it is not strongly magnetic. Disclaimers I have relatively slim wrists (16.2 cm) and the band barely fits well, so I would not recommend for wrists smaller than 16cm. If I violently shake/rotate my wrists, the band loosens slightly, but not to the point of dangling . This will depend also on how heavy the watch is, so not recommended for sports or using with a heavy watch. The watch I use it for is a casio mdv106 for reference. Update after several weeks: The black seems to be a coating that can come off. I must have unknowingly scraped against something, but am generally not rough with things.

The band fits a 22mm watch opening securely. The magnet is potentially not strong enough for a heavy watch. It doesn't work for me. The issues I faced are, I have big hands and at the maximum length opening, I still have to squeeze my hand through carefully. There is no stretch, it's metal mesh. I have it on a Tic Watch PRO 3 GPS watch and the magnet is not strong enough to stay in place while doing anything with my hand/arm with the weight of the watch. Tightening/re-positioning the magnet constantly throughout the day does not work for me, I'm a busy guy. Yes, while it is possible to completely open the loop by sliding the magnet through the watch end of the band, feeding it back through while the watch is on your wrist is going to be challenging for many people. It was for me. Be aware though, while taking it off, if the magnet end were to slip out of your fingers, it is possible for the magnet to slip through the watch end, completely opening and possibly causing the watch to fall to the ground or, whatever you are standing over. It did for me.

I had my OEM band on my Samsung Gear 2 watch fail and needed something quick. The OEM band works nicely and started a search to find another. But for a watch this old, finding a factory band is proving harder than a thought. As I continue my search, I decided to purchase this steel mesh band because the reviews seemed good, price was fantastic, and most importantly, delivery was one day. Upon receiving the package, I immediately installed it, and that was easy. It fits the style of the watch well. The magnet holds the band tightly to my wrist and I'm a pretty active guy. I'm impressed with how easy it is to use and it rivals the ease of use of the quick-release OEM band. When I detach the magnet to remove the watch, there is plenty of band length to slide it over my hand while the magnet catch stays in the loop (so you don't have to "thread" it through again next time you put it on). In fact, removing the magnet catch from the far side loop has to be somewhat intentional to happen (needs to be a certain angle) and I find this aspect of the band perfect. I thought the mesh might snag my arm hairs, but that doesn't happen. Infinite adjustment is very nice. It is very unobtrusive with its low profile, so I like that aspect better than the large OEM band, especially with its big buckle. Some of the black finish has rubbed off after the first week (not bad though), so I may consider buying a silver band next if it gets looking too bad someday. I anticipate dirt accumulating in the mesh over time, so more frequent washing may be necessary. The mesh does, however, seem to "breathe" a bit more than my old rubber band. Give it a try... you will likely be happy with it as I am.

I had a previous version of this product from a different company. That worked for a couple of years though the coating gradually wore off. I was sad to see that the original was no longer available but a similar product (this and about a dozen others using the same pictures) was and got decent reviews. This strap is nowhere near the quality of the original. To begin with, the strap is about an inch and a half (4cm) shorter so rather than wrapping all the way around to the outside of the wrist, the magnet sits on the inside of the wrist where it snags on EVERYTHING. Also, the magnet is MUCH weaker than the old one and doesn't hold the watch tight enough on your wrist for the sensors to be as effective. Returning for refund and buying a standard strap.

My wrists can swell depending on how I am using my hands, think playing or not playing the guitar. Metal bands can be either too tight or too loose, Leather bands work better but are still limited in fine adjustment. Too tight does not work, too loose and the sensors don't function correctly for HR, etc... This band will adjust to whatever you need quickly. It has been very secure over the past few weeks, but I would not swim or play football... The magnet does hold pretty well, I don't see it coming off without a direct hit or a high "g" force... My only issue is my hands are huge and it just barely fits over my thumb but works fine (real close...). It comes with (4) loose strap pins, the only way this could be better would be if the pins were built into the band. The loose pins make switching bands more of a problem, luckily I don't have that particular need. Using 22mm Black metal band w/Galaxy 3 Titanium. I will be buying another...

The band it compatible with Galaxy watch 3 as stated in the description. I got it for my husband and he liked it. The magnet works perfectly.

Absolutely the best strap for watches as long as you dont have a fat wrist like me. Ok mine is not fat but rather big so every time I want to remove the watch for charging it doesn't slide of but have to separate the ends. Not too hard but had some older ones they gave me long slack so I can just slide the watch and put it on. Other than that I would never buy another type ever again. Strap really doesn't rust magnet is strong enough. Most comfortable as it self adjust itself if too tight. Magnet will slip a bit if too tight and stop at the just right pressure so the strap will never be loose or too tight. Also the skin will bread underneath and not sweat. If it is any other than silver colour it may wear off after a while (the reason I got the second one) but not too visible unless you take the watch off your wrist and then have a look at it. I have a hairy arm and my wrist and I was sceptic it will pull my hair off but no. Not at all.

一年半くらい使っての感想。 細い針金のような素材が、切りっぱなし布の端のようになっている。そのせいで、長袖の袖口がボロボロになる。また、例えば背中を掻いたりする際には糸を引いてしまう事態に陥る。このバンドに引っ掛けて捨てた衣類は5枚を超える。多くは袖口がボロボロになったシャツ。またはメッシュ素材のインナーなど。 塗装もすぐに剥がれてくる。 特段安くもないし、残念ながらおすすめはしない。

It looks good and is easy enough to attach to watch but i found it kept coming loose and the watch nearly fell off a couple of times . - magnet not strong enough.
