Still like it but it does n’t seem to be as moisturizing for lips as it was. Sometimes i see that the color , sort of a blurry tinge of muted yellow, sometimes less so. It used to be made and manufactured in Los Angeles. Wondering if it is now made overseas? Or formula change?

Has formula changed?
