Almost as good as LED, my new favorite bulb
These are great headlights. I love the color and they are almost as bright as LED. Unfortunately they dis only last me about 5 months before one burnt out on the low beam filament, but for the $25-30 price range they are sold at, they are still my favorite headlights so far. I just recommend that you buy a second set after about 3-4 months to have on standby since to store seems to sell them

WAY brighter. Not only can you see farther on unlit roads, but you can see more on both sides.
I love my Honda Fit and was thoroughly enjoying ownership until I drove on an unlit road. The stock halogens on these Hondas were not cutting it. Anything over 50 MPH and I lost driving confidence outdriving my headlights. Here's the deal. Stock halogens from the factory are made for longevity and are often called LL or LongLife bulbs. They trade perhaps 15% brightness compared to the most basic Halogen aftermarket upgrade so they can potentially last for the life of your vehicle. Upgrading my Honda Fit's stock LongLife bulbs to just a regular, HELLA Basic H4s drastically improved overall brightness and beam throw. These RacingVisions kicked it up a notch. Not only are they marginally brighter and throw a bit more than the upgraded HELLA halogens I replaced the stock LongLife bulbs with, but you can also see more width of the road. I'm MUCH more confident driving unlit roads. They're no longer a problem and, on a clear night, I can safely go beyond 50 MPH quite comfortably. My Honda Fit is back to being the perfect little car it is. At under $30, it's one of the BEST upgrades you can do for nighttime driving safety and performance.

Good bulbs but burn out quick
I do notice increased brightness and visibility with these bulbs, but I wish they lasted longer. They last me only a year at most before they burn out and I don't drive much, maybe 5000 miles a year.

Brighter than stock, direct replacement fit
Not quite up to LED intensity but those shouldn't really be placed into halogen enclosures. This is the 2nd set I've had. The first set lasted about 3 years of fairly infrequent night time use. They are bright but overdriven so the lifespan will be reduced.

Bright and Shiny
Ok so these have been going strong in the Honda for a good little while now. They work great nice and bright on low beam and high beam. The best headlights I think I have ever purchased.

Esto salió bien, lo que no salió bien fue mi último pedido para mi camioneta Chevrolet Colorado.

False advertisement
These bulbs were no brighter than the ones I had. If it wasn’t such a pain in the ass to take them out, I would have requested a refund.

I have tried multiple bulbs to replace. Finally something that’s actually worth it. Difference is day and night difference Delivery was on time to UAE

I have these in 2 cars now. One set replaced Philips Extreme Vision +130% with glass patterned lens and the other set replaced Osram Night Breaker Laser +150% with a complex reflector (plain lens). Both are H4 fittings. I've noticed Osram bulbs have a shorter life, hence changing to Philips. Both cars had more and whiter light with an even sharper beam image with GT200. There is less colour variation between dip and main with Philips. I tried an 80/100 watt standard technology bulb to try but modern high efficiency bulbs illuminate better. They have a better beam image and less glare leaking above the cut-off line. EXPERIENCE The older car has slightly degraded electrics and only produces 14.0 volts at the bulb compared with the 14.2 volts of the newer car which ran Osram previously. The older car still has GT200 bulbs. One of the GT200 bulbs in the newer car became defective after about 2 months. Both filaments operated at the same time as though connected in series and at low intensity. Fault was definitely the bulb so I swapped in an Osram which was not as good but made a reasonable pair. It was the Osram +150% which failed 18 months later- the other GT200 still works despite 18000 miles of mostly night use. This time I fitted longer lasting Philips Xtreme Vision +150% due to needing to remove bumper skin and headlamps to change bulbs. When I changed from Philips to Osram, that headlamp aim became low. Now changing from Osram to Philips, that headlamp is aimed too high. Changing Philips to Philips does not change beam height. SUMMARY GT200 are the best performing bulbs I've tried and are not hugely behind some newer cars which use LED lighting. They illuminate the road very well in dry conditions but obviously not so well in wet conditions. For wet conditions, only LED or HID gas discharge is truly satisfactory but the heat produced by halogen bulbs ensures snow melts in winter conditions. That is invaluable in the few days of snowfall which Britain may experience. Philips LED Pro 6000 sidelight bulbs match GT200 colour well. See closeup pictures for differences. Pic with 3 bulbs is (Left to right) Osram +150% (blue to base of bulb), Philips +130%, GT200. GT200 has cutout sections of dip beam filament blue filter. The integral fitting collar on Philips bulbs seems to be fitted more evenly.
