Very easy and effective
So far I have only used this in breads, but it is very nice texturally, is fresh while adding no bad aftertaste, and dissolves easily, unlike many other soy lecithins. When I make bread in my sand mixture, I can just add this to dry ingredients and not worry about it, as it dissolves in cold water. I plan to also use it in drinks like nut milks where it should be equally effective.I may try to find a cheaper option some place, but I think this is very much worth it if you can afford it.

Worked well for lotion making
I bought this product to use in making lotion. It arrived on time and packaged well. I started with a body butter recipe comprised of equal parts shea butter, coconut oil, and cocoa butter. I wanted something a bit lighter in texture and feel, so I followed some instructions online for proportions of soy lecithin to add. Most of what I read said that the soy lechithin needed to sit in liquid (I used distilled water) for half an hour before mixing into the oils. I didn't get it to come together well at first and ended up adding some of the powder directly into my mixture. The small granules mixed in quite easily and dissolved fully despite not being pre-soaked. The lotion came out well and was a nice sheer feeling which was great for the summer months.

Works well
Works as expected, good value, glad to find a package that was not tiny and not have to invest in massive bulk buy.

So much easier than liquid
I'd been using liquid lecithin in recipes and such, and it can be very hard to work with. It's hard to measure and is so thick and sticky it doesn't flow well from measuring spoons. Also it's very difficult to wash from your hands, like old carbonized oil. The powder works just as well in recipes and is so much easier to work with. There are many videos online that show how this can be used in emulsions, baking, and other areas. It's a great product to have in your pantry.

Makes anything foamy
Great emulsifier and surfactant. Doesn't have much flavor but lets you make a nice foam out of any liquid.

Make sure the bag stays totally sealed
Great product, but make sure it's sealed. Mine was left cracked a bit after a use and the next time I went to use it, it was full of sticky clumps

Perfect for baked goods
I use this when I'm making edibles for the extra additive that some people require. There are some really great recipes that include this for Ampang up your baked goods.

still unsure
Not sure if I actually need this or not. I am learning to make bread from home ground wheat berries. So I can't give a truly accurate rating.
