This product was a really good sleep aid, but unfortunately I would have vivid and strange dreams. Now I was getting deep sleep since I was dreaming so much, but the dreams were so vivid that it felt like I hadn't slept. I talked to my doctor about and she said it's normal but to discontine if I wasn't comfortable. Overall it is a great product, but not for me.

If you google the best time to take this product it will say….at night for a good nights sleep or in the morning for energy lol so have fun with that Russian roulette. I get good sleep though and will buy again
