Absolute waste of money. Tried to make bao buns and used a tbsp from a newly opened packet. Yeast was already dead as it didn't activate even after 10 mins, tried again with another tbsp and placed in a warm oven still no effect. Went ahead and added to flour mixture, placed that in the warm oven, yet still the bread didn't proof. At this point th dough felt like it will go to waste and I didn't know why it won't work. Had to go and buy another new yeast powder packet, used that and it bubbled up in 3 minutes, added that to the dough with a bit more flour and thankfully saved the whole batch. And I still have 4 more unopened packets of this product
