I have use these for years and they are easy to swallow and no aftertaste like with the ones that have iron which most people especially men and post menstrual women don't want or need. I find them to contain the most potent B vitamins for the money.

Easy to swallow. There is no taste to them. Great amount of vitamins for the price. Very effective.

Good but next time I will order the multivitamin with iron that I could not find when I did order. It used to come in Softgels….not pills…

I have been using Swanson for many years for a lot of my supplements This multi is very high potency which I need as I don’t absorb nutrients well. I had several deficiencies and this product corrected my problems I don’t find it very easy to swallow but I have difficulty swallowing most capsules I really like that it’s a gel inside as some days I open it up and squeeze it out in a spoon of yogurt or honey. I am not worried about the amount of the B vitamins as they are water soluble so anything I don’t need will be excreted without going too high in my blood levels. I haven’t found anything better for me personally

Multivitamins are so big they're hard to swallow. Cutting in half leaves a sharp edge on each piece, not to mention it's a pain to cut them. These soft gels are big but they're smooth and go right down. A plus is that it only needs to be taken once a day. I expect to purchase again.

These capsules are very large. Too large to swallow and could not return.

The concentrated formula is good, I could feel it a few days after using it.
