Armored SM SC/APC to SC/APC Black

Fibre optic cable extension a very good improvement to set from the provider did.

The fibre installer wanted to put the ONT in a stupid place on a garage wall. So I negotiated, and saved him time and effort by routing this tough armoured black 15m SC/APC to SC/APC extension fibre cable up to the loft, across it and down to the centre of the house. This is where all the rest of the internet has always been, along with the UPS essential for the ONT and new digital phone system. It was easy, and it all works as it should.

Works really well, and well maintained, I had to route fibre through cavity wall, tight places, junction boxes and underground conduites with lots of pulling and tugging and it worked with no glitches. I protected connector while routing of course.

Quality product at a decent price. Used from external Fibre inlet (BT CSR point) to internal modem.

Worked great in allowing me to relocate the ONT from an annoying spot in the living room up to the loft. Sturdy enough to survive the tricky pull up the inside of the walls also.

Its fast and gives me stable ping. used to have fluctuating ping with my cat 7

Used this along with a back to back connector to extend a BT fibre installation. Not done a full loss test on this fibre but line speeds are as expected and the link quality is good when tested from the BT end. Reasonably rugged connectors so was able to run this cable through the fabric of the building without too much of an issue. Would use again.

Cavo robusto ma flessibile al punto giusto e di altissima qualità, la mia fibra era stata rosicchiata dai ghiri e con la precedente fibra di Open Fiber (quella rosicchiata) andavo a 1.7 Gb, con questa addirittura sembra leggermente migliorata in quanto ho registrato dei picchi di 1.8 Gb. Super consigliata ++++

i had Fiber to the home ran & the ISP used a really cheep cable looked to me like & it got damaged So i bought this one to replace it & So Far Its Worked Really Well ! i think mine is like 50ft ish or 15M ! Not To Bad For Th Money !

El cable es muy resistente a tirones para pasar por tubo y de gran calidad. He pasado 30 mtrs desde la caja principal y sin pérdida óptica, en una de las fotos se ve como ilumina con el otro extremo enfocando una linterna. Por dentro va forrado con una malla en forma de muelle de metal que lo hace difícil de doblar y cortar. Buena compra sin duda. Mi fibra contratada es de 300 y es lo que me llega con 19db, una señal muy buena. RECOMENDABLE
