Not good quality. Looks cheap and the elastic broke as soon as I put it on.

Very well made
Hat was as described and the navy blue flower is a nice touch. I only gave four stars as I bought a medium and a small would have fitted better. The built in clips on the inner sides helped the fit so I made it work.
