The media could not be loaded. The fireplace in our living room is absolutely fantastic! While I think it would be even better if it were enclosed, it's still really nice as it is. My mom absolutely adores it, and it keeps her feeling warm and cozy as she settles in to watch her favorite shows on Britbox, it's quite a sight to see, haha! Although I'm not quite sure how to operate it, it definitely works like a charm for her. If you're considering installing an enclosed fireplace insert or replacing your current one, this is the one you should go for. The remote control is compact and simple to set up, and the multicolored display of the flames is just gorgeous and incredibly calming.

I bought this 60inch fireplace for my garage (converted to Man Cave). Setup/Install was straight forward and no issues. Flame and rock colors look very nice, but had a problem with the heater only running for 30 seconds and then shutting off. I messaged the seller, and within 24 hours had support engaged to troubleshoot. Problem was determined to be with the motherboard, and support sent me a replacement in less than 3 days with full instructions on how to install. Once the motherboard was replaced, everything with this fireplace works great and looks fantastic. Good colors, good heat, and really looks nice overall. I am heating a 500 square foot garage (insulated), and so far the heat is keeping up with 50 degree weather outside. Customer Service with the seller/manufacturer was excellent, and I am very happy with this purchase.

No thermostat or heat regulation other than a timer that you can set for it to go off but if you fall asleep without doing that, it will just keep running And if it’s in a small space things will get very hot. Otherwise it looks good. It’s relatively quiet. I really just wish it had a thermostat. Everything else is really cool. It’s very basic.Update: ended up having an issue with it, and customer service was more than acceptable.

Great product, very satisfied. Brother helped me hang it on studs. Does not necessarily be recessed into the wall. Lots of choices for flame color and remote works well to turn the heater/fan on for warmth. Slight noise when you do that, but it's more of a white noise and it's soothing.

It has been 2 months since I contacted the vendor as the remote control doesn't work at all. I asked a replacement for the remote control, they sent me a PDF of the fireplace manual.Other than that I love this fireplace, it is beautiful and quiet. It gives me the choice to have the heat on or off.Again The main issue is that the seller communication is awful at best. The customer service # is a non working number, one can call it 7 days a week & receive the same message from Verizon" there is no one to answer the phone and no way to leave a voice message".The remote control doesn't work at all and the bracket that comes with it was defective. I purchased a new bracket, because after 2 weeks of requesting for one through Amazon message, they kept emailing me the PDF file of their Manual. The Remote Control doesn't work at all, but I can't get them to send me a new one/replacement.

The media could not be loaded. It arrived early and what a surprise, I was able to put it together by myself and mount and hang, this is a lovely fireplace, for the price. A cubby hole to house the remote is perfect, a lot of variety on the lighting and fire, I would not think twice about buying this item again.
