Wrong tray size and that too broken
The media could not be loaded. The product had a tray with wrong dimension and gaps found. It was not covering fullt. It is not fully seated. Also the tray was broken at the corner. Very bad experience both in amazon delivery and the quality of the product

My Wonderful AMAZON Delivery driver
My Driver Went over And beyond with this deliveryThe product well this is the 4th one. My Bully pups like to chew. Their getting better. Tried the steel it rust really quickly once it's wet from the dogs water bowl. So I am on 4 hopefully my last. Big Ups to my Delivery Drivers. There are PorchBandits in the Neighborhood.

Sturdy
We use these to put under out bbq and black stone in the patio. Keeps drips and splatter from staining the block.

Expensive
Expensive product, but fits just perfectly in our kennels and the dogs don't chew on it. Lasts a few years under normal conditions, IMHO.

Works great!
It works great, it was a great price, and it came quickly. My only idea is that they should notake these pans textures. The dog doo sticks in it and it is hard to clean.

Perfect fit
Fit perfectly. The old one had a crack in it and I was afraid the pups paws would get pinched. This arrived well packaged, fast shipping.
