I read a reddit post that said mixing this with tyrosine is borderline equivalent to addies. I wouldn't say that's true mostly, but I do find these a great addition to my everyday routine and there are some similarities. I take one (and a 750mg tyrosine) about 30 minutes before I wake up in the morning and I can actually function like a normal human being. Some days I'll take another dose midway through my workday, but not always. They definitely curb hunger and wake you up. I will say, the first day I took these, I crashed HARD and had a take a nap on my break. The next few times my body must've gotten used to it, and I take it every day. I still drink coffee or an energy drink -- I probably wouldn't need extra caffeine but I'm addicted and why not. But I can see why it might be too much of a rush for people who aren't used to being super high-speed.

These pills did give you energy. They are like an appetite suppressant.

I use this as an occasional booster and never go over the recommended daily maximum, which is three per day. I may take one once in the morning and maybe an additional one later in the day. I do not take these everyday. I am on a fasting schedule.I drink lots of water while fasting, and I take a multivitamin with additional vitamin C in the morning. I do not use any other energy boosters in addition, including coffee, or energy drinks when I use this supplement. Occasionally, I will drink unsweetened tea in addition to water and usually my stomach does not get upset when using this product.I am NOT on a diet currently, I just eat in a six hour period which is usually during dinner time and I always make sure to eat a balance meal which means carbs, dairy and fiber rich vegetables. Again, lots of water. Limited zero calorie soda. NO ALCOHOL.When I start to go to the gym more frequently, I will probably stop using this product because the risk of high blood pressure.

Fast and convenient shipping. I think this product is more beneficial the longer and more consistent the use. I don’t feel jittery, yet I feel motivated with tasks and better able to concentrate while getting them done. I think it may aid in appetite suppression but it’s hard to say. All of the ingredients seem like natural supplements promoted for the purposes one would be buying the product for when researched individually, and that’s why I feel like the product becomes more beneficial with extended use as your body adjusts to the ingredients on a regular basis. I will continue buying this product from the seller as long as it’s available for purchase.

Finally received it this time. Past 2 times I've ordered I've had a lot of issues & not received it.. but more of an Amazon issue then the companythat makes these. These help me alot with energy boost.
