I purchased this battery as a backup for a leaf blower. After the 3rd use it simply would not hold a charge. I believe it to be defective but the seller's policy is to refuse replacement! So I paid about $10.00 per use!!! What a ripoff.I believe any product can be flawed for any number of reasons, especially electronics, but to have the vendor not stand behind their product is criminal. This level of service also reflects on Amazon, who has the clout to make their vendors stand behind their products for more than 30 days. As an Amazon Prime member I am am VERY disappointed. If I had purchased this battery from Home Depot or Lowe's I could get a replacement immediately...

The price was very good and about $20 cheaper than from the original mfg'er. I have about 1/2 acre to weed eat and the battery lasted long enough to finish it. Previous batteries only made it through 2/3 of it.

I purchased two of these batteries last March because they are reasonably priced compared to the Craftsman product. Three months later after a couple charges one showed charged, but would not run my tools. I emailed the seller inquiring if I could do anything to remedy this. I got a return email asking some questions about the battery and the charger and for photos. I sent the information and the seller refunded my money through Amazon. The second battery works fine and is better than OEM. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Great customer service.

Allow me to begin with " I love Amazon." They have been very good to me. They always honored my returns and refunds. They do not make these products but they stand behind those that do. This failed battery reveals that it is fully charged but it refuses to connect with that charge so my tools will operate. I have a genuine Craftsman Battery that came with the tools and it's just fine up to this date. 6/29/20 The final day for returning it was 6/27/20. Go figure. I cannot in good faith recommend that you purchase one of these Knock-offs or After Market batteries.It would be great if Amazon saw this review and offered to replace it for free. LOL. That's my wish and now I will blow out the candles. That will take a while; there are 80 of them.

Perfect fit and same life as original battery.

The Kraftwerk brand batteries are horribly expensive so went looking for an affordable extra battery for the tools. This seemed to fit the bill nicely. I'm just a JoeHomeOwner and not using the tools hard everyday. But this battery works fine, for as long as the original battery.

For the exception of a brand label, this battery works just like my brand battery. It fits perfectly into the charger. It runs the same amount of time as my brand battery, the downfall is that it does not run long enough overall. Because this item is considerably comparable to the brand battery in function and construction, I am considering purchasing one more to have as a back up while manicuring my yard.

This works great with my craftsman tools and was half the price. Charges same time, holds its charge. Great product.

Good value. Higher capacity than the factory battery, for less money. What's not to like?

I ordered it as a backup for my craftsman 20v . I charged it full when i received it , when it came time to use it the next day the battery was drained by half without me using it and once fully depleted i was never able to recharge it again.

Works just like the the original lithium battery that came with the trimmer.
