Heavy Grips - 300 lbs Resistance - Gripper King - Grip Strengthener - Hand Exerciser - Hand Grippers for Beginners to Professionals

I've been using Heavy Grips for years and really like them. I have found them be very useful and effective for building and maintaining grip and forearm strength. They're an easy addition to my regular training that can be done away from the gym sitting at my desk at work, watching TV, or riding in a car. For as long as they last and as effective as they are, the price is nominal. It's seems as though on some of them the knurling is a bit much, but on the grips w/particularly aggressive knurling, I just wrap them w/some medical tape and that helps. These will definitely make the palms of your hands tougher. I have them all from 100-150lbs.

Bought this 300lb grip for my boyfriend who tries out the grips we see in stores & complains he needs harder ones. Well with the 300lb grip he's met his match! Its no joke. Seems like a quality piece but will update when he can really use it! Currently back to buy one that's a little easier.

This set of grips are the real ones out in the market. For years I've had one type or other. I've had to replace them for one reason or other. Two of them happened to break. Granted, I had them for a long time. However, these heavy duty grips, in my view, will last you for many, many , many more years than the other ones I've experienced. I will have to oder a lower pounds or pressure set of grips cause these should not be underestimated. They are not your regular set of grips. Highly recommend this product.

Well built and work well. Not sure how accurate the numbers are and I doubt if that is even important. What is important is being able to increase your grip. I only wish there were smaller jumps available. Like a 175 and a 225. There seems to be a huge difference between 200 and 250 so making progress to the next level is difficult

To big for my hands

Was very pleased with the quality and resistance of this gripper. These grippers are priced less than the captain of crush grippers, and in my opinion are a better gripper. I like the knurling on the captains of crush better I just think they made it too wide.

My son uses these grips constantly at different levels. He is now at 350. Improves his grip for weightlifting and baseball. He has such a strong grip now.

Keep an eye on the handles coating. I own couple of easier ones and the coating was different on that one. Its more glossy and slippery. Also the are no spaces between coils so I suspect they sold me a previous model. 2$ discount was not worth it
