i don't know the scovilles, but in comparison to mad dog 357 (the only other hardcore hot sauce I've tried), i would say about 1 drop of mad dog 357 is equivalent to about 5 drops of this ass kickin carolina reaper sauce in terms of heat. but mad dog 357 is also a much thicker sauce, so the drops are bigger. so maybe in terms of volume, i might say 1 unit of mad dog 357 is equal to about 2 units of ass kickin carolina reaper, so maybe estimate it at 357,000/2 ~= 150,000-200,000 scovilles.

I only use it for by Sunday Bloody Mary's because I dont like "chunks" of Horseradish. I love the stuff, but it has gotten expensive over the years. But until I find something better, will pay the price. It lasts a long time in the fridge.
