Pure Instant Whey Protein 5lbs (Chocolate Deluxe)

This is my husbands favorite protein powder and he typically pays like $80 bucks for the 5 pound container. I was over the moon to find it on Amazon for less and ordered it in a heartbeat. I said it was going to take anywhere between 4 days to 3 weeks to ship and it came within the first 5 days so it was amazing. It's just like it normally is for him so no complaints. He takes this before every work out and hike and he says it really helps him push through his work out and fills him up so he isn't hungry.I drink some occasionally, but I have been trying a few other brands (I grew tired of the main flavors of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla). It's nice because it;s low on fat, sugar and carbs although it does have a little and it gives you 24 grams of protein per serving. I will definitely be buying again from this seller.My only complaint is that we can't find a scoop inside. Previously when buying this we've always had a scoop so I told my husband that maybe it's mixed in somewhere. It's been a few weeks and we haven't found it yet but hopefully it turns up.

Amateur bodybuilder who can stomach almost any protein powder, and hates wasting money. I will be wasting money and throwing this away.The powder smells fine, but once you try it, you get an almost sour or brine taste. It tastes as if it went bad somehow. Almond milk helps a little but not enough to stomach this entire container. Wish I could get my money back, or had at least read some reviews first.

My only complaint is that there wan't a scoop inside the protein and I do realize this could have just been an over site.

I've definitely had better protein powders in the past. I still have about 1/3 of the container left and I'm looking for a new protein because I can't finish the rest of it due to the bad after taste. For the price, there are certainly better proteins on the market.

The best tasting protein I've bought so far. Even with water it tastes great. The price is a little high but it has quality ingredients and great taste

Great Product

I've tried quite a few whey powders and this is by far the worst of them. I've never had one that I absolutely could not drink... this is the one. Terrible taste. Used 4 doses now and keep telling myself I can choke it down 68 more times. Seriously awful aftertaste. Mixes decent enough.
