Best investment in kids' toys we've made
Rarely do you get something that's large and complex to put together with hundreds of pieces of hardware and wood that fits together so well. Thoroughly impressed with how well everything fit together (obviously we took out time and followed instructions closely as well), it just fit. Just don't go nuts with overtightening since it's a little softer wood (feels like pine or something), screws and bolts pull in real quick. 3 years later and the kids are still using it all summer long. Highly recommend, this is a great value.

Worth it!
I built this thing on my own. Working mama of two lil munchkins. Took about 2 to 3 hrs a day for 5 days (after work and such) to get it done. Very sturdy. Directions are easy to follow. Two suggestions: is depending on what style you choose some of your hardware may be found in other boxes. So I thought I'd run out of parts at one point. Second thing is the T nuts on the rock climbing wall suck. The metal is so soft that the bolts easily crossthread and then get stuck and when trying to get them undone you destroy parts in the process. Overall, my kids love it though. They're so happy.

Be ready to buy screws and bolts
The media could not be loaded. We love the playset. The company needs to let the customer know in ADVANCE that screws and bolts are missing. Approximately 200 additional screws and a dozen bolts were purchased to complete the project.

This playset is generally good quality and sturdy.
This playset is very strong. The wood materials are good quality and sturdy. They are so hard that when putting the playset together, it is sometimes very hard to drill into the wood. I had to make a large enough pilot hole in order to drill the screws completely into the wood. This indicates good quality wood used for this playset. I generally recommend to buy it for kids. I encountered two issues:One, although the instruction is pretty good and into the details, some places (not many) are confusing and even wrong. I had to go back and forth to figure out how to put some pieces together. However, I made it without a big deal. Two, there were a few small wood pieces missing. I don't know if they are missing because of the transportation (one of the boxes were broken when the entire package was delivered to my house), or it is because of the packing problem. Nevertheless, I emailed the company and they replied very quickly and send the missing pieces to me in a very short time. I like this type of service. Overall, I recommend this product.

Great backyard addition
All parts and pieces were included as advertised. The freight delivery was fine and the boxing of all items made sense and allowed for a painless assembly. I highly suggest laying out all pieces numerically and getting a divided box to layout washers and parts. The cedar wood was all in good shape. Just a very select few boards that seemed as if they weren’t in great shape and none of them were structurally compromised. Overall, it took me two days and about 6 hours each day. I did all but one step of the assembly completely on my own, but I would suggest a set of helping hands for lifting some of the parts up and holding.Overall, the initial quality, instructions, parts, and assembly were all 5 stars worthy.

quality not as advertised
I definitely would not recommend buying this. many of the pieces of wood split while putting it together or within a month of it being built. the coating on the wood is peeling. this was assembled Memorial Day weekend 2024, it has been up for less than 3 months and it's very disappointing for how it has held up. we chose this because it was supposed to be better quality wood. we would have been better off going to a lumber yard and building it ourselves. it was also missing a few pages of instructions. granted, our kids do love it, but we will definitely need to replace wood by next summer. I would return it, but to disassemble would suck.

Kid loves it. A few flaws as mentioned in review.
Everything went together great. Was worth the time to organize everything. I used one of the boxes and divided the top up into steps and placed all the nuts, bolts, and and screws into each step. This saved me the most time. I built the entire playground myself and it took about 1-2 hours to separate all the hardware. Took about 6 hours to assemble everything with several breaks in 105 degree temps. The set came with a extra board for the slide, I used this extra board as a wedge between the top of the rock wall and tower. There is a small gap and with any weight on it, it pinches fingers of the kids attempting to use it as a grip to get onto the platform.Shipping was smooth boxes came un-damaged and came on time.I’m not looking forward to the maintenance it requires but I’m sure it could be worse.

Great playset
We’ve avoided getting one of these due to thinking our backyard was too small but after this year of virtual school and working from home, this was MUCH needed for our 5 year old boys. Yeah, we don't have the full recommended safety area, but it fits well enough and is pretty sturdy. My husband is very handy so it didn’t take him too long to assemble (aside for weather delays). The only problem he ran into was not having enough of a certain length of screws but he just went to our local hardware store and bought a box for under $5. The boys absolutely love it, especially the swings. They are out there in the rain and cold!! I’m going to order some sealant for it as it is recommended to apply within 3 months to help preserve the wood. We’ve only had it a month but so far it’s showing it’s worth.
