Great quality good flavor
I'm a private chef and I personally selected this brand because of that great quality ingredients used it with some Joshua powder and made some excellent flavored miso soup

This tastes great! I made miso soup, and I could eat the miso paste straight from the container! It also arrived in good condition.

Good soup, good soup
Really delicious miso soup! However, if you follow the packaging instructions, the soup is still pretty watery without much flavor. I used double the amount and that was pretty good. The shelf life is pretty good, I keep mine on a lower shelf in the fridge and its still good. I recommend adding seaweed to your soup while it is boiling to give it a more savory flavor.
