This brand is by far the best gluten free pasta. My son with special needs is particular about food and its texture. Out of all the gluten free pasta I’ve tried for him, this has been his favorite, especially for spaghetti! It is more expensive, but worth it.

being gluten intolerant, i was happy to find the tinkyada brand. i like fettucini as it has more surface area to hold onto sauce and cheese. tinkyada rice pastas have an energy saving feature where you boil for a couple of minutes, then turn off the heat and let sit in the water for 18 minutes. doesn't heat up the kitchen too much and i never overcook the pasta! i think it is a great product!
