Does not lose its shape!
I was recommended a lumbar roll by my physical therapist and decided on this one. I have noticed quite a difference in my back pain in that it has significantly been reduced. I have this on my chair at work and it does not lose its shape despite me leaning back on it all day and is perfectly firm. Great purchase, will be buying another for at home/in the car.

versatile and well made. Mine seems to be getting squished after a few months of use, though. Losing some of it's firmness.

Not firm at all. Could get the same support from a pillow.

This pillow helps to prevent the lumbar pain if you just leave it on the driver seat if you drive long miles .

Good Therapeutic Support
Definitely give therapeutic support while seated. Short of 5 stars only because the cylinder could stand to be a couple of inches longer.
