Excellent product and price. I use this product daily, and it does the job. I also use it as a substitute for flour to bake healthy breads. Highly recommended.

I usually buy from Grape Tree in store but was fed up waiting for the delivery to arrive (10 days and 2 wasted visits to the store!) so looked online. This is a very good product and comes in a decent sized pack of 500g - perfect for making seed breads and for adding to fruit and yoghurt breakfasts. Ordered via Amazon and it was delivered to local locker within 48 hours - result!

Good quality psyllium husks. I use them for baking and sometimes mix a little in water for extra fibre. They don’t have much taste, which is nice, but the texture is a bit grainy if you drink it straight. Works well as long as you drink plenty of water. good value and does what it should.

Great fibre supplement, add a teaspoon to diluted squash, stir and leave for 5 minutes to turn gel like, stir again and drink ( I use hot water)

The item arrived fast and as promised. The psyllum husks are good quality and as expected. I made a very tasty bread with them!
