check the measurements
Ordered a sample of this for kitchen reno. Although I did read measurements, once the knob arrived it was smaller than I anticipated. Loved the kind of modern geometric look, it just wasn't large enough for my taste.

Count them before install.
Didn't receive correct amount. Wanted me to return entire order and reorder. Had to buy more after already paid. No credits or refund. Frustrating.
