Nice thin spiralized appointment book that starts at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 8:30 p.m. you can add a little extra at the bottom if you need to go later than 8:30 and then in between each months there is a monthly View please see attached photos in the front of the book it has in case of emergency contact information a little address book it has a yearly overview with the next two years the current year and the following year it has all the holidays listed it has a year at a glance listed and then it goes into the big calendar month view and then it's everyday in half hour increments I've been ordering this for the last 3 years I will continue to do so. I use it as a family appointment book so everybody knows what's going on.

I purchased three of these to use this year as our 2nd grade team plan book. I think it works well as a plan book if you are someone who likes to organize your day vertically. I had to install my own tabs for each of the months so I could easily write down future plans. I did that without saying anything to my teammate and when we got together another one of them had done the exact same thing. That is one way how I have continued to work during the summer. Plus it is all filled out with all of the meetings and conferences written down for the 2023-24 school year.

I have already added a few items in for the new year! This is a great calendar/date book for you to put all of your important dates in! The cover is durable and not cardboard which is the worst when something spills on it. With this cover, any spill will slide right off! I love that there are actual months with all the days listed on 2 pages or you can use the day to day feature which has times for important reminders of when you need to be somewhere at a certain time! And it is not expensive! I love the color! Reminds me of summer!

I just filled in my first appointment for 2025 in this planner. I like the size of planner, i.e., not too big and bulky and not too small and cramped. I think it is an over-all good value and I am very pleased.

This is a great choice if you're looking for something affordable and decent size. I enjoy that this appointment book has a flexible cover. This is perfect for my work and scheduling appointments. I like that it has weekly and monthly so I can add some of my personal appointments too. The feature I enjoy most is the year overview calendar. Most appointment books have this, but I don't typically like how they have it set up. This one allow some room to write on it, or cross off the days. Happy with my purchase.

I used this to log food for a eating plan and it worked great! I wanted to be able to see a week at a glance for food repetition, weight changes or symptoms that might be related to foods, etc. this was super easy to read and simple, no extra stuff down sides of pages, etc. perfect for what I needed!
