Fantastic always use work really well

bought to replace one that had lasted 3 years but was now clogged up with limescale (which is what it is supposed to do). This was a like-for-like replacement but this one doesn't seem quite to robust. Only time will tell. Dropped a star because of it.

These are great little balls to help with limescale. I have used for over 15 years. My water is not that hard so I only need to put one in every 12months. They are a great price and also saves you money.Would high recommend very effective it's like having a filter in your kettle no harsh taste or discoloration of the water Got family member using them too they love them

Keeps my kettle clean

I tried the Chef Aid 61E41402 Stainless Steel Kettle Descaling Balls and found them to be somewhat effective, but not quite as much as I had hoped. While they did reduce some of the limescale buildup in my kettle, there is still a noticeable amount left at the bottom. The balls are easy to use and convenient, but they don't seem to tackle the more stubborn limescale deposits. For light maintenance, they might be adequate, but if your kettle has significant buildup, you may need a more powerful descaling solution.

I've noticed a significant reduction of scale since using these. I live in a hard water area my kettles don't last long. I'm very happy with this product.

These work very well. No descaling kettle for months
