I like this brand for its ingredients
There’s no aftertaste/taste to these vitamins that I have noticed - I don’t really think that’s a thing for vitamin d. They are tiny and super easy to swallow. I enjoy that the ingredients are clean and I would say this is a good quality vitamin.

Highest potency I have found.
10,000iu is great as a start dose to quickly raise D levels. However, it should not be taken everyday. Have the 1000iu in hand for daily or every other day use. If you live or work outside in the sun then supplements might not be needed. Since vitamin D is fat soluble, it is not excreted but it's stored. Therefore, your levels can rise very quickly and start causing side effects. Leg cramping could be a sign of too much. I like this brand better and have purchased multiple times of different products in addition to the vitamin D.
