The Complete Guide to Chakras: Activating the 12-Chakra Energy System for Balance and Healing Paperback – September 15, 2020

The media could not be loaded. I made chakra energy reading and healing practitioner, and this is probably my favorite book on the checkers that I own and I own quite a few. It is beyond the basics of many, but not as dry as some of the more lengthy advanced books. But I feel that this book still gives you at least 80% of what you would really need to know as a professional. It's more than enough for personal use. I love how this book is outlined and the sections are labeled so nicely. There's not many books out there that go above and beyond the seven main checkers. I love her take on the next five chakras! The beginning talks about reading, healing, balancing, and activating the chakras. It also goes into a little bit about what different readings mean. I appreciate how approachable the author makes sometimes complicated spiritual knowledge much more digestible and pleasurable to read. Each section gives all the basic information about each of the chakras, but it also goes over archetypes, personality, specifics of over activity and under activity, and even deities and planets. Each chakra also comes with an exercise to do and then at the end of every chapter she includes information and history about some relevant spiritual topic. Absolutely fascinating, I'm so happy I have this in my library!

That means our bodies are also evolving into more light and the way we interact with energies is changing. In classic texts and wisdom teachings, we learn about the 7 chakra system, but in this expansion and evolutionary cycle, our 12 chakra system has come online. This book is a must for anyone. April Pfender not only explores the history of the chakras, the deities and energies associated with each, she also dives deep into the 12 chakra energy system and how to balance and come into alignment with your true nature. It is so important right now to be in the body (your personal Merkaba/Ascension vehicle) and to be in alignment, and this text gives you the tools to do that. As an ascension teacher, I was in the middle of revamping my workbook when this book came in the mail. April has done so much of my work for me and I have decided to make this required reading for all my students, in all subsequent classes. I couldn't have done this better myself. It's so comprehensive, easy to read, and also to navigate. She throws in amazing nuggets about the Schumann Resonance, the Heart Torus, and other essential ascension elements, and makes them very easy understand. April is not only one of the most authentic teachers and healers I have come across, but she is a powerful wisdom holder and key code activator.

I am already familiar with the information in the book but it was nice to reinforce that knowledge as well as add some new things that I didn't know about! Always something new to learn. Easy to read and well organized information. I would recommend to people who want to get familiar with the concept or dive a little deeper into what they already know.

I pretty recently began my spiritual journey and I enjoyed this book very much. It is organized very thoughtfully, to be easily understood. It goes into many categories of spiritual healing and helped me better understand what ideas I’d like to learn more about. I am going to read another one of April’s books as a result.

Besides Chakra centers in your feet,fingers and face I never knew there were 12 Chakras. Now I know if you pay attention to certain paintings what the extra colors represent. (Info. hidden in plain sight) I only gave it 4stars until I learn more.

This book is the ultimate answer for why are you come here on earth as human .You should follow both outward path ( making money and have a nice living) and upward path ( move up your focus from root chakras to upper energy center ) by walking on both path , You will satisfy yourself by discover the truth about who you really are

I enjoyed and learned from this book a great deal. Very well written, this book is packed with healing/chakra information. I was very entertained and educated. I read this book for free with the awesome Kindle Unlimited and will now purchase to have on hand for present and future reference. I will also purchase April's other literary offerings.
