Had a extremely heavy cast iron driveway gate too heavy to move. one blade made 25 cuts through supporting structure1/2inch thick by 1 1/2 to 2 inch wide no bother - used oil to lubricate cut gate into 7 manageable pieces -blade 8TPI was ideal. Did use Hacksaw blade 14tpi on first 5cuts worked but a lot of effort. Electric saw faster - blades expensive but worth it.

I purchased this blade to help de-construct my aging hot-tub. It cut through the wood/metal support system and the robust fibreglass body structure with ease and still has life left in the blade. I would certainly recommend for the medium to heavy cutting job.

I was able to cut through steel scaffold poles with ease, great product.

I bought these blades to help me with my new hobby of recycling used wooden pallets to make garden or garage useful shelves and racking along with raised beds etc and they are so good at cutting through the nails and saves me from splitting the wood while trying to remove them.

Expensive but worth it

This blade cut through a 28mm stainless steel bar* 4 times in an 18v Ryobi! Took 3 full batteries and a lot of cooling lubricant (WD40).*2 car suspension bushes where bush sleeve and bolt welded together with rust and had to be cut out from both sides 😔

I bought these NOT to cut metal BUT to cut roots that was lifting the edge of my paved driveway, under the Asphalt there's Pea Gravel and inch and a quarter crushed stone that runs along the outside of the driveway where the roots are growing, I figured if these blades cut metal they may cut through rocks! WELL the first one cut extremely well then it seemed to be dull in a few minutes so I put a new one in thesaw and after a Few more three or four inch roots I was finished! Long story short the blades were NOT DULL THEY WERE PACKED WITH MUD AND EVERY TOOTH WAS LIKE NEW! THESE BLADES ARE UNBELIEVABLE! I am extremely impressed, so if you want to cut tree roots buy these and drive them into the ground, I'll update this review when I take some pictures of the used blades.
