I purchase this kit to stitch up the armrests in my husbands Ford Explorer where the stitching had come undone. The package came quickly, and included nice durable threads, with several needles of different shapes and sizes that were of good, sturdy quality. I watched a video on stitching upholstery seems, and must say that I am eager to find more things to repair. This kit is so affordable that everyone should have one on hand if you love your car but it has some upholstery stitching beginning to unravel. I am sure it works great for furniture as well. It so satisfying when you can make a repair so easily when you have the right tools :)

We bought our daughter a fabric sofa less than a year ago. The stitching came undone on the seat and we stitched it with this kit. Saved us from needing to buy a new sofa. Just a few bucks and a little time took care of it. Threads are strong and come in variety of colors. I used the curved needle to close up the opening. Basic sewing experience is all I needed.

I bought these to repair some yard machine bags on my yard vacuum machine. These bags are in the hundreds dollar range and well I only had a nickel sized hole at a triple seam that was coming apart. Previous repair with regular needle and thread was no durable enough.The kit showed up quickly and on time. I was impressed with the assortment of tools that comes in the small box. The range of needle and thread is excellent it comes with a cute mini shear and a thread ripper as well.I was able to complete my repair while the kids played in the yard and so far the thread is holding up the task.

This little kit just saved me hundreds of dollars by enabling a DIY fix on sofa upholstery. The thread color options, tools, and needles are all you need to handle minor to intermediate repair needs for any covered furniture piece and more.

I think it probably our issue, not the issue of the product. The product looks very sturdiness, but we still failed to sew our sofa since the leather was difficult to sew. I think it still need some kind of skill for this.

The media could not be loaded.  The needles are definitely for leather and upholstery. The blunt needles for upholstery and the sharp needles for leather. I was able to sew a hat and two pouches with the correct color thread. It's unwaxed thread.

Repaired our sofa cushion easily and quickly
