Excellent quality vs price proposition
I bought four dozen of these arrows, two dozen of the 400 and two dozen of the 350. I like them quite a lot. They seem to be of only slightly interior quality to some arrows I have which cost about twice as much.I had one arrow come with a slight scratch on the Gear Guide decal and one come with a splotch of glue on the middle of the shaft. However, otherwise they seem pretty good. They all seem quite straight (although I have no way of measuring this very accurately) and well fletched. For informational purposes, I have weighed 24 of the 350 spine and 12 of the 400 spine without inserts, subtracting the weight of the vanes by taring my scale with the same kind of vanes, then divided by length in order to ascertain the grains per inch.Results:350 spine (24 samples):Nominal GPI (from product description): 8.7 GPI.Average GPI: 8.98Median GPI: 8.97Maximum GPI: 9.00Minimum GPI: 8.95400 spine (12 samples):Nominal GPI (from product description): 8.2Average GPI: 8.35Median GPI: 8.35Maximum GPI: 8.37Minimum GPI: 8.33So, do expect these arrows to be slightly heavier than advertised.Re: Amanda's review... This review highlights one potential shortfall of these arrows, which is that there is no instructions included, and the only information on the manufacturer's website is a spine selection chart. All arrows need to have the inserts glued in. The reason this is not done at the factory is because many people will want to cut the arrows shorter and this must be done before the inserts are glued in. Other people may want to use a heavier insert to increase the point weight. So, the fact that they aren't glued in at the factory is a good thing for the customer. While certain companies market special glue for this purpose, any super glue will work. I'd suggest Gorilla Glue gel super glue or Loctite gel super glue. If you think that you may want to remove the inserts later, use hot glue so that you can use a heat gun or a torch to soften the glue later.

Best I've used
I've tried a bunch of low- to mid-priced arrows, and these are great. This is about as much as I'm willing to spend on something I know I'll eventually break. The fletching has been staying on longer than other arrows I've used. They shoot as tight as other good mid-priced arrows. I had no trouble cutting them with a mini chop saw (with a metal-cutter blade) and the inserts fit great and stay glued solid. I've been shooting my first half dozen of these for a few weeks now, and ordered three dozen more.

Awesome arrows
I love victory arrows. Been shooting them for over 5years and have never had a problem with them. They are the carbon fiber arrows. And these come with the broadhead inserts for each arrow. What can I say. This same arrow at Cabela's go's for $83 for a dozen. What a deal!!!Have take several animals with them over the years.

Not made in USA
Not made in the USA have not cut or shot yet but after I do I will write a review . After I cut them and installed 125 gr field points they shoot great after research I found the most arrow shafts including victory and other high dollar arrows come from the same area mexico and Taiwan . I retract my 1st negative review. It all comes down to what type of carbon process . Some are better than others and the price reflects that. I would recommend these arrows . 500 spine cut to 28" 125gr field tip total gr was 385 good FOC
