Works well and easy to use. The ink was easy to install, you can select what you want quickly. The numbers did print off a little and a little bit of ink gets smudged, but not bad; especially for the price!

The tag gun is fantastic, it's well-built, easy to use, and perfect for quickly labeling items in any retail or inventory setting. Great value and ready to go right out of the box!

Works great for the price. Every 10 or so tags, it gets off center and I waste a few to get it printing readable again. It's cheap though

I received two DEFECTİVE units in a row. The first arrived used, jammed, with ink spilled inside and torn labels. Customer service sent a replacement without return — but the replacement had the same problems. This is clearly a quality control issue, not bad luck. I DO NOT recommend this product, especially for business use.
