Its working with xbox series x/s?

I have the Xbox Series S. I received my Series S Xbox March 2021. I am using this charger and battery packs with my controllers. It comes with two different type battery covers. One type cover fits the older controllers and the other type fits the Series X/S.

Once the controllers are charged, should you take them off or keep them on all of the time except when playing?

My kids keep them on all the time and haven't had any issues.

Can I buy the batteries for it separately? Are there 1200 mAh batteries for this doc?

The description says 1300 mAh, and, based on the connection, it appears proprietary to the base. If you need more battery packs, I suggest you purchase a setup that offers four packs, instead of two. Although, I can't imagine someone not having two controllers and not just replacing it on the base while they sleep. I have one of these and a fully charged controller lasts all day and half of the next day.

is it match 220V power (EU)?

It charges by USB, so the grid voltage isn't relevant.
